There are a wide variety of stone cutting tools available in the market. Each type of stone cutting tool can be used on different rocks or stones such as marble, granite and the like to cut, polish or shape them.
In the process of making marble statues, fixtures and other structures certain stone cutting tools with diamond blades composed of marble diamond segments are used to cut bricks, blocks or slabs of marble into desired pieces for easier sculpting. Once the marble structure or statue is shaped to its desired form, it is then polished using marble polishing tools. Marble polishing pads are used to aid in creating a shiny finish to the structure that was created.
